WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

  • SESSION 1

A clear, non-scary understanding of AI.

What it actually is, the different kinds, and why it matters for a business your size. Plain English, with time for your questions.

  • SESSION 2

A map of where your business loses time.

A guided worksheet you fill out in the room, with Owen and Liam helping. Worth the hour whether you ever use AI or not.

  • SESSION 3

Real solutions and a clear next step.

In Session 3 we come back with real tools built from what the room wrote down: free ones you can use that afternoon, and live examples of the same jobs running on their own.

No technical background needed. Bring a pen. Each session stands on its own, but the series builds.

THE SERIES

  1. CompletedFriday, September 25 · 8:00 AM

    AI Education

Pure education. What AI is, the kinds you'll actually run into, whether you should be worried, and why it matters for a business of any size. Then open Q&A, so bring the skeptical questions. You'll leave with an accurate, non-scary picture of the whole thing.

  2. Next upFriday, October 9 · 8:00 AM

    Pain Point Workshop

Hands-on. Map your biggest time drains, workflows, and tools with a guided worksheet while Owen and Liam work the room. Valuable whether you ever use AI or not.

  3. UpcomingFriday, November 6 · 8:00 AM

    Solutions and Demos

We take the biggest pain points from the room and show two versions of each: a free do-it-yourself version you can use that day, and a live example of the same job running on its own. You'll see the difference between doing it by hand every week and having it just happen. You'll leave with something to try that week.

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS

Vaelro is a web and automation agency in Waupaca. Owen and Liam grew up here and build websites and systems that give local business owners their time back. This series is education, start to finish: plain English, real examples, and honest answers to the questions you actually have. If you leave with a clearer head and one thing to try, it did its job.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What is AI, in one sentence?
That's most of Session 1, but here's the short version: software that has learned from huge numbers of examples, so it can write, sort, predict, and handle steps that used to need a person doing them by hand. You've used it for years without noticing, every time your phone finished a sentence or your email caught spam.
Do I have to attend all three?
No. Each session stands on its own, but they build on each other, and Session 3 is built from what the group writes down in Session 2. If you can only make one, come to the one that fits.
I'm not technical. Will I be lost?
That's exactly who this is for. No technical background needed. If you can use your phone, you'll be fine.
Do I need to bring anything?
A pen. Session 2 uses a printed worksheet we provide. No laptop required.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free to attend. Owen and Liam are running it because this is their community, and the Chamber is hosting it for its members.
Who is this for?
Local business owners and the people who run the day-to-day: restaurants, contractors, salons, dental and medical offices, real estate, landscaping, auto shops, retail, and professional practices. If repetitive work eats your week, this is for you.
Where is it, and where do I park?
